As an Educational Sales Counselor at Edore located in Noida sec-18, your primary responsibility is to guide students through the admissions process, provide personalized advice, and offer support from program selection to settlement. You will play a crucial role in simplifying the journey of students towards higher education in France, Germany, and other European countries. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure delivery of agreed conversions/enrollments to various overseas client universities while closely working with the sales & marketing team. - Possess knowledge of overseas education counseling and the required documents for university applications and VISA applications. - Learn new concepts and processes of different countries" education systems. - Conduct tele-calling to new leads, follow up with them, and convert leads into walk-ins. - Manage day-to-day leads and reporting. - Plan, implement, and evaluate operations related to the UK & European education system. - Have core knowledge of specific countries for study abroad requirements leading to admission conversion. - Counsel applicants in face-to-face interactions, handle walk-ins, and provide information about various universities. - Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. - Work on application portals for respective countries/universities. - Coordinate with seniors for assigned tasks. - Conduct research on opportunities and latest trends in overseas education. - Evaluate students" backgrounds and recommend the best possible university options. - Be self-motivated, able to multitask, and work independently or within a team.
