Job Description

Job Summary:

Business Development and Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with colleges, universities (especially engineering institutions), NGOs, and training centers to promote our skilling and job-readiness programs
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and workshops to onboard partners.
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, training delivery, and partner support.
Maintain a pipeline of leads and provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Participate in events, education fairs, and awareness campaigns.

Key Requirements:

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel within the region as needed.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with the
skilling ecosystem
, job-readiness programs, or government-led skill missions is preferred.
