Telecom Sector Skill Council is an SSC that has its foundation anchored strongly with the GOI, matching pace with the fast-growing Telecom industry. Our vision is to create a self-sustaining ecosystem of skilled manpower that can cater to the mammoth demands of the telecom industry.

Our business is growing rapidly, and we need a skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to acquire and manage new relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales of at least three years, a prior exposure to telecom industry, knowledge of CSR as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with prospective telecom companies, negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Industry Partnership and Affiliation
• Work on CSR projects
• Cold calling and generating leads
• Connect with Academia for paid programmes and Centres of Excellence
• Communication with clients
• Lead new business pitches for new and existing clients.

Keys kills Required:

• 3 years relevant work experience in skilling or telecom industry (enterprise sales)
• CSR knowledge preferred
• MS Office proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• BTech ECE Graduates preferred
