Location: Sector 44 Gurgaon Organization: Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) Eligibility: B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) – Freshers Industry: Telecom / Skill Development Type: Full-time, Trainee Position Stipend: 15k/Month + Medical and Term Insurance Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) invites applications from fresh graduates with a B.Tech in ECE for trainee positions in two core functions: 1. Standards Team (Content Development) This team is responsible for developing high-quality, industry-aligned training content and standards in the telecom domain. The role involves: Assisting in creation and revision of National Occupational Standards (NOS) and Qualification Packs (QPs) Researching telecom job roles and emerging technologies Engaging with industry experts for validation and feedback Supporting documentation and content alignment as per NSQF norms 2. Business Development Team (Technical Proposals) This role focuses on supporting TSSC’s business outreach and project acquisition through: Drafting and preparing technical proposals for government and private clients Coordinating with internal teams to compile inputs and supporting documents Understanding client requirements in telecom skilling and aligning solutions Maintaining trackers and supporting tender documentation Skills Required: Strong academic background in ECE Interest in telecom technologies and standards development Good written and verbal communication skills Analytical thinking and attention to detail Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment How to Apply: Interested candidates can share their updated resume at ketki.seth@tsscindia.com Show more Show less
