Education Sales Executive

You will be joining SpeEdLabs as an Academic Excellence Manager, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation of academic programs in partner schools and institutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the main point of contact between SpeEdLabs and partner schools. - Conducting regular visits to schools across Andhra Pradesh to monitor the implementation of academic programs. - Providing training and support to teachers on utilizing SpeEdLabs platform and methodologies. - Ensuring seamless academic delivery and addressing any challenges faced by schools. - Gathering feedback, preparing reports, and sharing insights with internal teams for continuous enhancement. - Establishing strong relationships with principals, teachers, and other stakeholders. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Education/Science/Management is preferred. - At least 2 years of experience in academics, school coordination, or education management. - Proficiency in both Telugu and English languages. - Willingness to travel within Andhra Pradesh for 15-20 days per month. - Strong communication, training, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently with a problem-solving approach. - Must have a laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection.
