Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Mathematics Faculty with a strong academic background from IIT or NIT, who can deliver high-quality JEE preparation classes and contribute to academic content development. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth and concept-based teaching of Mathematics for IIT-JEE (Mains & Advanced) aspirants Design and deliver lecture plans, assignments, practice sheets, and assessments Provide academic mentorship and support to students Analyze student performance and provide regular feedback Contribute to the development of academic content and test papers Engage in curriculum innovation and pedagogical enhancements Requirements: B.Tech/M.Tech from IIT or NIT (mandatory) 2–3 years of proven experience teaching JEE Mathematics Strong command over JEE syllabus, question patterns, and pedagogy Excellent communication and presentation skills Willingness to work full-time from Thane, Mumbai Preferred Traits: Passionate about teaching and mentoring students Tech-savvy with experience in using digital teaching tools Able to handle live/online classes if required Why Join SpeEdLabs?
