Job Title: B2B Sales Executive – Field Sales

Location: Mumbai

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive (Field Sales) to drive partnerships with schools, coaching institutes, and other educational organizations in Mumbai. The candidate must have prior experience in education industry sales and be comfortable with on-field client visits and relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach schools, coaching centers, and educational institutions to promote 

    SpeEdLabs learning solutions

    .
  • Conduct 

    field visits

    , product demos, and presentations to decision-makers (Principals, Directors, and School Owners).
  • Manage the entire 

    sales cycle

     from lead generation to closure and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term 

    relationships with B2B clients

    .
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and post-sale support.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly 

    sales targets

    .
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM/Google Sheets.
  • Provide market insights and competitor feedback to the management team.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in 

    Business, Marketing, or any related field

    .
  • 2–4 years of field sales experience

     in the 

    education industry

     (EdTech, publication, or school partnerships preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai and nearby regions.
  • Laptop is mandatory.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience selling 

    EdTech solutions, school programs, or educational content

    .
  • Existing network of school or coaching institute contacts.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with independent field work.
  • Familiarity with 

    Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
