Job Summary:
The Academic Excellence Manager (AEM) will be responsible for ensuring effective implementation of SpeEdLabs’ academic programs across partner schools and institutions. The role involves close coordination with school staff, monitoring academic quality, and providing training and support to ensure high standards of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between SpeEdLabs and partner schools.
• Conduct regular school visits across the state (15–20 days per month) to monitor program implementation.
• Train and support teachers in using SpeEdLabs’ platform and methodologies.
• Ensure smooth academic delivery and resolve any challenges faced by schools.
• Collect feedback, prepare reports, and share insights with internal teams for continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with principals, teachers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Education/Science/Management (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in academics, school coordination, or education management.
• Proficiency in Telugu and English
• Comfortable traveling within Andhra Pradesh (15–20 days a month).
• Strong communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with a problem-solving approach.
• Laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection are mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
