Education Counselor

As an Education Counsellor at Udyogwardhini, you will guide prospective learners through our entrepreneurship and skill-development programs. Your role involves understanding student needs, providing accurate counselling, managing leads, coordinating with faculty, and supporting admissions. You will also be involved in outreach activities and partnerships to strengthen our training ecosystem.

Student Counselling & Admissions

• Counsel prospective students about Udyogwardhini’s courses and recommend suitable programs based on their goals.
• Conduct telephonic, in-person, and online counselling sessions to drive admissions.
• Explain course structure, fees, schedules, outcomes, and career benefits clearly.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments while ensuring high satisfaction.

Lead Management & Nurturing

• Manage leads coming from various channels and maintain a structured follow-up system.
• Nurture potential candidates with timely communication and guidance throughout the admission cycle.
• Generate referrals through satisfied students, alumni, and outreach activities.

Events, Seminars & Webinars

• Coordinate with mentors, trainers, and internal teams to plan and conduct seminars, workshops, and webinars.
• Represent Udyogwardhini at events, exhibitions, and awareness drives.

Customer Experience & Support

• Provide pre-admission and post-admission guidance to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Resolve student queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain long-term relationships to strengthen student engagement and alumni networks.

Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with faculty/mentors for scheduling, coordination, and class planning.
• Maintain accurate records and generate daily/weekly admissions reports.
• Ensure timely fee collection and complete documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in counselling or sales in the education/training sector.
• Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field..

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
