Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Counselor, based in Ghaziabad. The Education Counselor will guide prospective and current students in choosing career paths, courses, and educational programs best suited to their goals. Responsibilities include conducting student consultations, providing tailored advice on educational opportunities, and supporting students in making informed career decisions. The role requires exceptional communication skills to engage with students and ensure a positive counseling experience.

Qualifications

Expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
Proficiency in Career Counseling and understanding educational pathways
Strong Communication skills and ability to inspire and guide students
In-depth knowledge of education systems and available courses
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with students
Background in education or a related field is advantageous
Self-motivated with a passion for guiding and mentoring students
