Sales Associate

Job Description: As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales of our construction domain courses and generating revenue. Your duties will include coordinating with mentors and faculty, as well as organizing and managing seminars and webinars. Additionally, you will be involved in sales and business development activities for our co-working space. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in sales, specifically within the Construction and Real Estate industry. We are looking for a dedicated professional with strong sales and business development skills. The role will require you to work in two shifts, from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Key Skills required for this position include sales expertise, convincing abilities, and negotiation skills. This is a full-time position with benefits such as paid time off, paid sick time, yearly bonus, and performance bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field and have proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English languages. This is not a remote work opportunity.,
