Business Development Executive (BDE) EdTech Sales Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and revenue growth in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, and closing sales for educational products/services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research . Engage with students, parents, and educational institutions to promote EdTech solutions. Conduct product demonstrations & presentations to potential customers. Follow up with leads and convert them into clients . Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and referrals . Collaborate with marketing & product teams to align sales strategies. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets . Maintain records in CRM tools and report on sales performance. Qualifications & Skills: 1-4 years of experience in EdTech sales, B2C/B2B sales, or business development . Strong communication, negotiation & persuasion skills. Ability to handle high-volume calls & follow-ups . Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) Passion for education technology & learning solutions .
