Job Title: E-commerce Executive We are looking for a proactive E-commerce Executive to manage our product listings, order processing, and day-to-day operations on key online marketplaces like Flipkart, Myntra, and Amazon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product visibility, maintaining stock accuracy, and driving sales performance across platforms. Key Responsibilities: · Manage product listings, images, pricing, and content on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc. · Ensure accurate stock levels and coordinate with warehouse for timely dispatch. · Track and process orders, returns, and cancellations on each platform. · Monitor daily sales, performance metrics, and pricing strategies. · Coordinate with marketplace account managers to resolve issues or improve visibility. · Execute promotional campaigns, lightning deals, and advertising activities (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads). · Handle customer queries, feedback, and service level expectations. · Generate regular reports on sales performance, inventory, and platform deductions. · Keep up with policy updates and compliance requirements on each marketplace. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. · 1-3 years of experience handling e-commerce operations, especially on marketplaces. · Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Myntra Partner Portal. · Knowledge of online sales metrics, keyword optimization, and platform algorithms. · Strong Excel and analytical skills. · Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
