Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Ecommerce Specialist. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving online sales. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing sales data, developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, improving customer service, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in E-Commerce and Sales strategies
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Effective Communication abilities
