Job Title: Senior Fashion & Textile Designer for Home Furnishing. We are urgent looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Fashion & Textile Designer to develop original textile patterns, prints, and fashion designs that align with brand identity and market trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of color, texture, fabric, and trends, with the ability to translate concepts into commercially viable collection Key Responsibilities: Create innovative designs for textiles, prints, and garments based on market trends and seasonal themes. Research fashion trends, fabrics, techniques, and consumer preferences to influence designs. Develop mood boards, sketches, CADs, and prototypes for presentation. Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and market relevance. Select and test fabrics, colors, and textures for both functionality and aesthetics. Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely development and production. Attend fashion shows, exhibitions, and trade fairs to stay updated on current trends. Ensure design files are production-ready with accurate specs and instructions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field. for NIFT/ NID 4–7 years of experience in fashion or textile design (experience requirements can be adjusted). Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and CAD software. Strong knowledge of fabric types, printing techniques, embroidery, dyeing, and finishing. Excellent sketching, visualization, and color theory skills. Ability to balance creativity with commercial appeal and production feasibility. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines Preferred Skills (Optional): Experience with sustainable fashion and eco-friendly materials. Familiarity with textile manufacturing processes and garment construction. Knowledge of 3D design tools (e.g., CLO 3D, Browzwear).
