Job Description

We are looking for a driven and resourceful E-commerce Product Sourcing Specialist who can identify trendy, high-potential products from China for our online business. This role involves scouting, evaluating, and sourcing products that can be tested via performance marketing, and once proven profitable, managing scale-up orders and supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify trendy, in-demand products with high online sales potential.
  • Travel to China to explore markets, trade fairs, and supplier hubs for product discovery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers in China.
  • Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms, and logistics to ensure cost-efficient deals.
  • Work closely with performance marketing teams to shortlist products for testing.
  • Ensure quality control, certifications, and compliance checks before scaling orders.
  • Manage end-to-end sourcing pipeline – from product discovery → testing → bulk ordering → scaling.
  • Track industry and consumer trends to stay ahead in the product sourcing game.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product sourcing, procurement, or supply chain (preferably in e-commerce).
  • Strong network/understanding of Chinese manufacturing & supplier ecosystem.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to China and other sourcing destinations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to spot opportunities quickly.
  • Understanding of logistics, import/export, and compliance processes.
  • Ability to work closely with marketing and operations teams.
