Senior Site Merchandiser – E-commerce

Location: Mumbai

About Us:

We are a dynamic multi-category, multi-brand e-commerce platform, exclusively designed for bank customers to shop using their loyalty/reward points. With a focus on user experience, secure commerce, and tailored product discovery, we are redefining how customers redeem their rewards across categories like electronics, fashion, lifestyle, travel, and more.

We’re looking for a Site Merchandiser with 7–8 years of e-commerce experience who can bring both creative vision and data-backed strategy to life on our platform.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategize and execute on-site merchandising plans to drive engagement, conversions, and seamless journeys across CLPs, PLPs, and PDPs
  • Create mind maps, sitemaps, journey flows, and visual boards for campaigns, categories, and loyalty-specific promotions
  • Lead the site experience calendar—plan and execute yearly, quarterly, monthly, and daily content updates across key touchpoints
  • Collaborate with category, marketing, creative, and design teams to ensure brand-aligned, effective messaging across the site
  • Manage end-to-end page communication—from banners and badges to headlines and CTAs—across all internal pages (IPS)
  • Work closely with Product & Tech teams to test, optimize, and implement new features; contribute to the product roadmap with data-driven suggestions
  • Partner with BI and analytics teams to define success metrics, build conversion funnels, and deliver regular performance reports
  • Ensure consistent experience for loyalty point redemptions, optimizing messaging and UX for bank customers

What You Bring:

  • 7–8 years of experience in e-commerce, with strong exposure to site merchandising and CX optimization
  • Strong understanding of multi-brand, multi-category platforms and the nuances of reward-based consumer behaviour
  • Post-graduation/Master’s in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Media
  • Deep familiarity with CLP, PLP, PDP structures and CMS tools
  • Ability to think visually and strategically—creating sitemaps, user flows, and wireframes with ease
  • Data-driven mindset—comfortable with metrics, analytics, and BI tools
  • Creative, organized, and agile—adept at working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
  • Strong aesthetic sense and a keen eye for design and content alignment
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills

Tools & Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable using project management tools, CMS platforms, analytics dashboards, heatmap tools, and design and workflow tools such as figma and lucidchart.
  • Bonus: Exposure to loyalty platforms, fintech integrations, or bank-affiliated e-commerce programs
  • Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast paced dynamically changing start up environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
