Job Description:The E-commerce Operations Specialist plays a vital role in the Medline Home Care team, bringing enthusiasm and strong attention to detail. Medline Home Care delivers comprehensive e-commerce solutions to healthcare providers, insurance companies, home medical equipment retailers, and other strategic digital distribution partners.This role, reporting to the Manager of E-commerce Operations, is essential for maintaining the accuracy and consistency of product and customer data across our e-commerce platforms. The individual will be responsible for managing key data sets such as pricing, inventory, product details, and digital assets—directly influencing the overall customer experience. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in data management tools, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality online experience for our B2B customers.

Must Have –

• Minimum of 3-6 years of professional or relevant life experience in data entry, data management, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Experience using internet-based tools and familiarity with e-commerce platforms or workflows.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
• Working knowledge of file formats such as CSV and XML.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Comfortable handling large datasets, including uploading, downloading, mapping, and transforming data.
  

Good to Have –

• Previous experience working in a technology-driven or e-commerce-focused organization.
• Hands-on experience managing data within e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) systems like Informatica, InRiver, Salsify, or Enterworks.
• Background in the medical supply industry or B2B distribution is a strong advantage.
• Working knowledge of e-commerce ecosystems and content management systems (CMS).
• Experience with managing and organizing digital assets across platforms.
• Proficient in basic database management and data structuring.
• Foundational understanding of HTML for content formatting and updates.
