We are currently seeking a dedicated Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join our team in Noida. This full-time, on-site role requires someone with a background in the beauty or personal care industry. The primary responsibility of the specialist will be to oversee the day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless transactions and enriching the online shopping experience for our customers. Key tasks include analyzing sales data and performance metrics, delivering exceptional customer service, fostering effective communication with both internal teams and customers, and optimizing the e-commerce platform to drive sales and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong proficiency in E-Commerce and Sales, along with the ability to leverage analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, as is the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. While prior experience in the beauty or personal care industry is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.
