Role Overview

You will manage the complete marketplace engine end-to-end—strategy, listings, ads, SEO, pricing, fulfilment, and growth. Your goal is to drive visibility, conversions, and revenue across all partner platforms while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute marketplace growth plans for each platform.
• Manage listings, catalog hygiene, keyword optimization, and SEO.
• Plan and run marketplace ads, promotions, and visibility campaigns.
• Own marketplace P&L, revenue numbers, inventory planning, and forecasting.
• Coordinate with fulfilment teams for smooth dispatch, OTIF delivery, and low cancellations.
• Track performance metrics, competition trends, and category opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with category managers across marketplaces.

Skills Needed

• Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, AMS, SEO, and content optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort across dashboards, Excel/Sheets, and data tools.
• Expertise in pricing, promotions, inventory planning, and operational coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously and scale them systematically.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ecommerce marketplace management.

• Must have scaled a brand from 0 → ₹10 Cr+ MRR

  (India or international).
• Experience in consumer tech, beauty or personal care preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in managing marketplace ads, SEO, and growth operations.
