E-commerce Marketing Manager – Beauty Segment We are hiring an experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager on behalf of one of our trusted brands in the beauty segment. This role is critical for driving growth across various e-commerce sales channels, including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tasva, Tira, Myntra, Tata Cliq, and others. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing digital sales, developing channel strategies, and driving revenue through online platforms. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the organization’s e-commerce strategy and operations. Identify growth opportunities within existing marketplace accounts and onboard new e-commerce partners. Plan and execute marketing strategies tailored to online consumer behavior. Monitor and analyze product sales data, generating regular performance reports. Lead the creation and execution of performance-driven marketing campaigns. Continuously monitor active campaigns and optimize them for maximum ROI. Leverage data and insights to inform strategic planning and business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical capabilities for campaign delivery, measurement, and optimization. Produce detailed campaign performance reports highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 5–7 years of relevant experience in E-commerce, preferably within the beauty, retail, or FMCG sectors. Proven track record in managing and growing relationships with leading online marketplaces. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketing, including campaign development, execution, and optimization. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, keyword bidding strategies, and online analytics/tracking systems.
