Job Title: E-commerce Marketing Manager Location: Gurgaon (Full-Time, In-Office) Experience: 1–3 years Industry: D2C Health & Wellness / Nutraceuticals / FMCG About the Role: We are looking for a performance-driven Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join our team and take charge of scaling our D2C brand on Amazon and Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit and Zepto. If you understand the mechanics of online marketplaces, can identify growth opportunities, and have a knack for driving visibility and conversion, we’d love to talk. Key Responsibilities: Amazon (70% focus): Manage and optimise product listings (titles, bullets, A+ content, keywords, images) Run and scale Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) Monitor performance dashboards, track metrics like ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and listings Identify growth opportunities like Lightning Deals, Coupons, and Prime Days Ensure high seller performance metrics and manage account health proactively Quick Commerce (Zepto, Blinkit, etc.): Maintain accurate product listings and pricing on all platforms Execute platform-led campaigns and negotiate visibility slots Monitor stock levels and coordinate with operations to avoid OOS situations Analyse data to drive conversions and repeat purchases Requirements: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce marketing for D2C brands Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads Exposure to quick commerce platforms like Zepto/Blinkit is a strong plus Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Ability to work cross-functionally with design, operations, and product teams Self-starter with a bias for action and results What You’ll Get: Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling consumer brand Ownership and autonomy from Day 1 Direct impact on revenue and brand visibility Collaborative and high-performance team environment To Apply: Send your resume and a brief note about your e-commerce experience to jobs@rawrx.in.
