About the Role:

We’re looking for a curious and creative mind to join us as a Social Media Marketing Specialist. This role blends the worlds of social media, content, and performance marketing — perfect for someone who understands storytelling as well as spreadsheets.

You’ll work closely with the founder and cross-functional teams to shape the voice of the brand and grow our digital presence across Meta, Google, Amazon, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content

• Plan and manage our Instagram and LinkedIn content calendars
• Generate thumb-stopping content ideas — especially for reels and founder videos
• Work with creators and editors to turn concepts into quality content
• Stay on top of trends and adapt them to our brand language
• Ensure consistency in tone and messaging across all platforms

Performance Marketing:

• Work with agencies to manage Meta and Google Ads
• Review creatives, track performance, and suggest optimizations
• Analyse CAC, ROAS, and key metrics — and make sense of the numbers
• Coordinate landing page content and funnel improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• 0–2 years of experience in brand or digital marketing
• Strong interest in wellness, lifestyle, and content creation
• Eye for aesthetics, trends, and tone of voice
• Bonus if you’ve run campaigns or grown a personal/brand account
• Hunger to learn and take full ownership of projects
