We are Tradeomatic Limited; a company based in Hong Kong specialized in supplying whole set of B2B solutions in Personal Hygiene Products & Raw Material. We are seeking qualified E-Commerce Manager - Modern Trade for our INDIAN company TRADEOMATIC ENTERPRISE (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED to keep our revenue engine running for our in-house brand TokiBaby and TokiHealth. Job Title: E-COMMERCE MANAGER Work approach of the candidate: "Taking the initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do" Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Work Time: 10 am - 7pm (Monday to Saturday) Objectives of this Role: Having experience in E-commerce marketplace such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart etc Experience of Quick Commerce platform Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Knowledge about Health care online industry trends and conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Plan and execute Deals, Discount, Coupons, online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising. Daily updating SEO-friendly content (Including Google Keywords) for all e-commerce Marketplace. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings. Design and implement targeted campaigns on social media platforms and search engines. Amazon PPC advertising campaigns and A/B testing to refine listings for maximum effectiveness. Manage and grow social media accounts to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the e- commerce site (Meta ads/ad manager). Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and personalized marketing automation. Knowledge on customer loyalty programs and retention strategies Work closely with the Manager to align marketing efforts with sales goals and promotions. Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of budget across different marketing channels. Having basic knowledge of content management (A+ content, Product Listing etc.) across all marketplaces. Candidate Requirement: A master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree or related fields. 5-6 years of experience required. Understanding of retail operations. Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team. Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude. Should have good Communication skills. Candidate Requirement: Excellent presentation & communication skills using advance Excel and Powerpoint. Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment under pressure and achieve targets within the deadlines and resolve conflict.
