Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and optimize our online marketplace operations who will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing data-backed e-commerce strategies, and ensuring seamless execution across leading platforms like Amazon. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, analytical ability, and hands-on operational management to achieve growth and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

·      Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform.

·      Develop and implement ecommerce strategies that align with the company’s goals and

·      objectives.

·      Analyse ecommerce data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize

·      performance.

·      Managing and executing Ad campaigns effectively & profitability.

·      Planning and executing advertisement campaigns, promotional activities, improve ACOS,

·      sales conversion on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc.

·      Reconciliation of Marketplace listings, Payments, returns.

·      Oversee the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates,

·      post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance.

·      Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure

·      smooth order fulfilment

·      Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales.

·      Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company’s ecommerce strategies remain competitive.

Requirements

·      5 years + experience in online marketplace management

·      Experience in e-commerce industry with strong knowledge and good understanding of

·      various marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Tata-cliq etc.)

·      Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, and other funcYons relevant for data analysis.

·      Ability to co-ordinate with Marketplaces for solving queries and issues.

·      Good verbal communication Skills
