Ecommerce Manager

About the job

As an e-commerce manager, you will be responsible for setting up and managing our presence on fast-commerce and e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Blinkit, BigBasket, Zepto, and more. You'll play a key role in launching and growing these channels from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle complete onboarding on platforms like Amazon, Blinkit, BigBasket, etc.

2. Create and optimize product listings with strong content and keywords.

3. Track daily sales, stock levels, and ensure smooth order dispatch.

4. Coordinate with platforms for ads, deals, and promotional campaigns.

5. Monitor performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.

6. Work closely with design, content, and operations teams.

Salary

Probation: 

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 22,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,20,000 - 3,80,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,10,000 - 3,30,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 10,000 - 50,000 /year
