Ecommerce Manager

Delta Engineering Works is a growing trading business dealing in power tools, industrial equipment, and machinery.

Damacas is our upcoming online marketplace platform designed to scale across multiple product categories.

We are looking for a single, strong E-Commerce Manager who can centrally manage all online sales channels for both businesses — marketplaces as well as our own website.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of:

• Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho & other marketplaces

• Company website Damacas.in (WordPress)

• Product listing, cataloging, pricing & SEO optimization

• WordPress website handling:

• Product uploads & updates

• Basic page edits (banners, content, collections)

• Order & inventory coordination (WooCommerce or similar)

• Order processing, logistics coordination, returns & refunds

• Monitor seller account health, penalties & compliance

• Inventory sync across platforms

• Plan and execute offers, deals & seasonal campaigns

• Analyze sales, margins & performance reports

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors & sellers

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing multiple marketplaces

• Hands-on experience with WordPress-based e-commerce websites

• Strong understanding of cataloging, pricing & SEO

• Experience in industrial tools / hardware / machinery is a plus

• Knowledge of order workflows, dashboards & compliance

• Startup mindset with strong ownership

• Experience with WooCommerce

• Knowledge of Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads

• Experience handling multi-brand or multi-business e-commerce

• Basic understanding of performance marketing
