About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Head of E-commerce to take ownership of our online business across Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms. This is a leadership role requiring marketplace expertise, performance marketing acumen, and strong operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for e-commerce business across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.

• Drive growth through strategic planning, pricing optimization, promotions, and advertising.

• Lead performance marketing efforts across Amazon and Flipkart ad platforms.

• Manage platform operations, including inventory planning, fulfillment, listings, and content.

• Enhance product visibility through A+ content, Brandstore, and Ads best practices.

• Build and maintain relationships with platform KAMs/account managers for growth opportunities and escalations.

• Monitor and improve customer reviews, ratings, and safety claims resolution.

• Lead and scale the brand’s presence on Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.

• Mentor and manage a cross-functional e-commerce team.

• Analyze performance using tools like Amazon Pi, Flipkart Nxt Insights, and Excel-based dashboards.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketplaces.

• Proven success in leading P&L and team management roles.

• Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, algorithms, and advertising platforms.

• Strong proficiency in Excel, analytics tools, and marketplace portals.

• Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
