Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager located in Tiruppur. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and customer acquisition. Responsibilities include managing online store operations, developing and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the e-commerce platform. The role will also require optimizing the online customer experience and staying updated on industry trends and best practices. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Listing & Catalog Management • Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing). • Ensure accuracy and completeness of product information across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.). • Upload new SKUs and maintain inventory accuracy. 2. Order Processing & Operations • Monitor orders, coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely dispatch. • Track deliveries and handle return/replacement requests. • Work with couriers to resolve shipping issues. 3. Marketplace Management • Manage daily operations on marketplaces: Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc. • Monitor account health, performance metrics, and SLA compliance. • Resolve tickets/case logs with marketplace support. 4. Customer Service • Respond to customer queries, reviews, and complaints. • Maintain high customer satisfaction and brand reputation. 5. Sales & Growth • Track daily/weekly/monthly sales. • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies. • Support in planning promotions, deals, ads, and campaigns. 6. Reporting & Data Analysis • Prepare sales reports, traffic reports, inventory status, and marketplace performance. • Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. ⸻ Required Skills & Qualifications • 1–3 years experience in e-commerce operations (preferred). • Strong knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart/Magento/Shopify/etc. • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic analytics. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to multitask. ⸻ Preferred Skills • Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO/SEM/Social). • Experience with catalog tools, inventory software, or ERP. • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
