About Us:

We are a fast-growing clean-label food brand committed to sourcing transparency, product integrity, and long-term consumer trust. With operations on Amazon, Flipkart, our own D2C website, and quick commerce platforms, we are now looking for a revenue-focused, platform-obsessed Ecommerce Growth Manager to take us to the next level.


Role Overview:

This is a high-ownership role for a growth-oriented operator who can own the P&L of our ecommerce channels, work closely with our marketing agency, and drive real sales growth across Amazon, Flipkart, our D2C website, and quick commerce platforms.


You will not be expected to run campaigns from scratch — that’s what our agency is for — but you will be expected to monitor, drive, and maximise results from them, while also ensuring flawless listing hygiene, seller operations, and performance tracking.


You Are:

  • A self-motivated growth hacker, not waiting for instructions.
  • Hands-on with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, D2C (Shopify), Q-commerce dashboards.
  • Obsessed with platform hygiene, real-time numbers, and category trends.
  • Not just an executor — you bring growth ideas, spot missed levers, and follow up until it moves the needle.


Key Responsibilities:


Performance & Analytics

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales across all platforms.
  • Pull and analyse reports (business reports, search term reports, traffic vs conversion).
  • Identify drops, attribution issues, and missed opportunities — and escalate/resolve proactively.


Agency & Vendor Coordination

  • Work with marketing agency on ad spends, ACoS/ROAS targets, and campaign performance.
  • Follow up with graphic or branding teams to execute creatives and promos.
  • Work with dispatch/lite ops and inventory teams to ensure FG availability on priority SKUs.


Revenue & Growth Execution

  • Drive launches, seasonal campaigns, pricing experiments, and brand visibility pushes.
  • Stay aligned with founder and product team on NPD priorities and fast-track listings.
  • Manage listing expansion across new platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, etc.).


Skills & Experience Required:

  • 4–7 years of hands-on ecommerce experience.
  • Proven ownership of Amazon + Flipkart + D2C store.
  • Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets, Seller dashboards, Shopify analytics.
  • Able to independently interpret performance data and act on it.
