Job Description -
Oversee day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho (mandatory experience required).
Manage product listings, catalogue updates, and ensure content aligns with platform guidelines.
Implement and monitor pricing strategies, promotions, and discounts to enhance visibility and sales performance.
Collaborate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure seamless order processing and timely dispatch.
Generate and analyze Excel reports related to sales, inventory, returns, and other key performance metrics.
Conduct competitive analysis and apply best practices to improve platform performance.
Work closely with platform account managers and internal teams for issue resolution and campaign planning.
Requirements:
1–2 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and data analysis.
Good understanding of e-commerce pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory management.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
