Ecommerce Executive

We are an international USA-based clothing ecommerce brand looking to hire a detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage daily website operations and support sales growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Shopify ecommerce operations, product listing, order management, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the ecommerce website (Shopify preferred).
• Upload, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, variants).
• Ensure accurate pricing, discounts, collections, and inventory levels.
• Monitor daily orders and coordinate with warehouse / fulfillment teams.
• Track order status, shipping, returns, refunds, and customer issues.
• Support marketing campaigns by creating collections, landing pages, and offers.
• Monitor website performance, conversions, and report daily/weekly sales data.
• Identify website issues (checkout, payment, speed) and coordinate with tech teams.
• Ensure smooth customer experience aligned with USA market standards.
• Work closely with marketing, customer support, and design teams.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in ecommerce operations (fashion/apparel preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Shopify backend.
• Strong knowledge of product listing & catalog management.
• Understanding of order processing, inventory, and fulfillment workflows.
• Basic knowledge of ecommerce KPIs (CR, AOV, Orders, Revenue).
• Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

Good to Have

• Experience with international (USA) ecommerce brands.
• Knowledge of email marketing tools (Klaviyo / Omnisend).
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics / Shopify Analytics.
• Experience working with 3PL or international shipping.
• Work From Office only (Mohali)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,060.23 - ₹32,113.54 per month
