Role Overview:

E-commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Management:

  Manage listings, pricing, and inventory across platforms like Shopify and brand website.

• Order Fulfilment:

  Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

• Product Cataloguing:

  Ensure accurate content (images, descriptions, specifications) is uploaded and updated regularly.

• Promotions & Campaigns:

  Support execution of sales campaigns, discount strategies, and online promotions.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Track sales, returns, and product performance; prepare regular reports and insights.

• Customer Coordination:

  Address customer queries, feedback, and escalations in coordination with the support team.

• Website Updates:

  Assist in updating banners, product pages, and seasonal content on the brand’s website.

• Data Entry & Maintenance:

  Maintain accurate product data, stock levels, and pricing across all platforms.

Key Requirements

• Experience:

  2-3 years in E-Comm Management, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or luxury sector

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or related field

• Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel and basic e-commerce dashboards.
• Familiarity with marketplaces like Shopify, Amazon, etc.
• Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills.
