ob Description: E-Commerce & Social Media Marketing ExecutivePosition OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce & Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our online store presence and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating product listings, executing social media campaigns, and driving brand awareness and sales through various online marketing strategies. Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Platform Management Regularly update product listings, images, pricing, and inventory on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart). Optimize product descriptions, keywords, and tags for better SEO and visibility. Track and analyze online sales data, traffic reports, and conversion rates to enhance performance. Manage customer reviews, feedback, and resolve basic queries related to the platform. Social Media & Digital Marketing Create, plan, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Run paid ad campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and sales. Collaborate with the creative team for graphics, videos, and ad creatives. Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and competitors’ strategies. Marketing Campaigns & Reporting Assist in email marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities. Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights. Ensure consistency in brand tone, style, and messaging across all channels. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, social media management, or digital marketing. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, Flipkart). Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite). Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Tools KnowledgeCanva, Photoshop, or any graphic design tool for basic creatives. Email marketing tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot. Basic video editing tools for social media content.
