About Us

Studio Covers is a women-led luxury home décor brand with a legacy of craftsmanship and sustainable design. We work with leading hotels and premium residences in India and abroad, and we’re building a strong direct-to-consumer (D2C) presence with our Shopify storefront.


Role Overview

We are looking for an E-commerce and Growth Manager who will own our digital storefront, content pipeline, and brand collaborations. The role combines Shopify management, content and influencer coordination, and designer/architect outreach. You will ensure Studio Covers not only sells products online but also builds a strong luxury lifestyle vibe that drives growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update

    Shopify website

    (product uploads, vibe-based collections, banners, merchandising).
  • Plan and coordinate

    content calendar

    (shoots, reels, stories, newsletters).
  • Handle

    influencer and brand collaborations

    (outreach, negotiation, tracking deliverables).
  • Build and run

    designer/architect outreach program

    (emails, WhatsApp, follow-ups, samples).
  • Track website performance:

    conversion rate, AOV, top SKUs

    , and suggest CRO improvements.
  • Work closely with the social media/content team to ensure daily brand presence.
  • Coordinate with photographers, editors, and freelancers to deliver high-quality assets.


Requirements

  • 1-5 years’ experience in

    e-commerce, D2C growth, or brand marketing

    .
  • Hands-on with

    Shopify

    (collections, product uploads, basic theme edits).
  • Familiarity with

    content creation workflows

    (shoots, influencer collabs, UGC).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset - able to read data (Google Analytics/Shopify reports) and act on it.
  • A good eye for aesthetics and luxury branding.

    vibe-driven collections

  • 10+ influencer/UGC collaborations delivered each month.
  • 10–20 designer/architect leads approached weekly with consistent follow-ups.
  • Website KPIs improving month on month (higher CVR and AOV).
  • A steady, engaging flow of content on social media and WhatsApp.
