Job Description

EA to MD - Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Executive Assistant (EA)

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the MDs
calendar
, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
Coordinate
travel arrangements
(domestic and international), including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Prepare
Meeting Minutes (MoM)
and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
Assist in planning and executing
events, meetings, and conferences
.
Provide comprehensive
administrative support
, including document preparation, filing, and office coordination.
Handle
email and communication tracking
, flagging important messages and managing responses when needed.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field
1–4 years of experience as an EA, PA, or in a similar administrative role
