Job Description

We are hiring an experienced E-Commerce Supervisor to oversee and manage daily operations in the Quick Commerce sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring order processing, ensuring timely deliveries, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, and maintaining high service quality.
The role involves supervising the e-commerce team, ensuring adherence to SOPs, and driving operational efficiency. Candidates should have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage high-volume orders, and experience in handling customer escalations.
The position requires excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of retail or quick commerce operations.
Knowledge of inventory management, order tracking systems, and vendor coordination is essential.
Experience in QSR, logistics, or warehousing will be an added advantage.

Work Experience Required

05-10 years of relevant experience in Quick Commerce / E-Commerce / Retail / Logistics / QSR Industry.
