E-Commerce Supervisor

Job Title: Ecommerce Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of the sales team across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, and Website etc.
• Ensure all listings, promotions, pricing updates, and reports are executed on time with zero errors.
• Enforce discipline and improve productivity—no repeated mistakes or delays.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide concise updates to senior management.
• Coordinate with operations and warehouse for smooth order processing.
• Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and ensure corrective actions.
• Track competitor activity and marketplace policy changes.

Qualifications:

• Graduate (any stream)
• 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce sales/operations and team supervision.
• Knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra/Ajio platforms preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle team pressure and ensure performance delivery.
• Monday to Saturday || 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Salary:₹35,000 – ₹50,000 (based on experience and skills)
• 2 Year Bond + 3 Month Notice Period
