Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing setting. - Thorough understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. - Proven track record in managing recruitment and selection processes. - Experience in employee relations and performance management.
