This is a high-impact role focused on generating qualified leads, closing deals, and building long-term distributor relationships in the organic products space. Sales Target Achievement Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and revenue objectives. Distributor Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with new and existing distributors for continuous business growth. Objection Handling & Consultative Selling Use strategic questioning and selling skills to convert interest into confirmed sales. Sales Reporting & CRM Management Log all activities, maintain pipeline reports, and track performance on a daily basis.
