E-commerce Sales Associate

Growth Consultant
.This is not a traditional call center job. You are an
expert communicator

strategic seller

Your High-Impact Responsibilities
Your daily focus will be on leveraging your sales skills and product knowledge to drive measurable revenue growth for TalentPop.
- Sales and Revenue Generation
- Pipeline Ownership: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospect outreach and qualification through product demonstration, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Strategic Consulting: Act as a trusted consultant, deeply understanding prospective clients’ e-commerce challenges (e.g., cart abandonment, conversion rates) and demonstrating how our solutions solve those pain points.
- Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Client Communication and Expertise
- World-Class Presentation: Conduct compelling, tailored virtual presentations and product demos for decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, Marketing Directors).
- Objection Handling: Master the competitive landscape and articulate clear value propositions to effectively handle sales objections and differentiate TalentPop App.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, pipeline stages, and client interactions within our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce).
What You Bring: The Sales DNA
We are looking for self-starters with a proven track record of success in sales, customer service, or a related high-pressure, goal-oriented environment.
- Sales Experience: 1+ year of direct experience in a sales, business development, or high-level customer service role with a track record of meeting targets.
- E-commerce Acumen: Strong familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem, common platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce), and digital marketing concepts.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; persuasive and professional tone essential for client video calls and professional outreach.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce) and video conferencing tools.
- Motivation: Highly motivated by commission, goal-driven, and thrives in an independent, remote setting where performance dictates earning potential.
