Yummy Valley is a fast-growing health-focused food brand offering natural, wholesome products for modern families. We’re expanding our digital footprint across Q-commerce, E-commerce, and D2C platforms to make healthy choices more accessible.


Role Overview


The E-Commerce & Q-Commerce Operations and Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth across all digital sales channels — including Q-commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, etc.), E-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket), and the brand’s own website (Shopify / WooCommerce).

The role demands a blend of analytical, operational, and marketing acumen to ensure seamless execution, optimization, and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

1. Q-Commerce Management


Manage and optimize listings, pricing, and visibility on Q-commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, etc.).


Coordinate with account managers and category leads to ensure product availability and timely replenishment.


Plan and execute promotional campaigns and visibility spends to maximize ROI.


Track platform-specific KPIs — visibility, fill rate, OOS %, order rejection, and fulfillment efficiency.


2. E-Commerce Operations (Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, etc.)


End-to-end ownership of marketplace operations: cataloging, pricing, inventory, and order fulfillment.


Manage A+ content, keyword optimization, and performance marketing inputs for visibility and conversion.


Monitor and respond to customer feedback, returns, and seller ratings.


Collaborate with the warehouse team for dispatch accuracy and SLAs.


3. Brand Website & D2C Store


Oversee website operations, ensuring smooth checkout, updated content, and optimal UX/UI.


Plan and execute D2C promotional campaigns, including festive offers, bundles, and loyalty programs.


Track website analytics (traffic, conversion rate, CAC, LTV, etc.) and recommend continuous improvements.


Coordinate with digital marketing teams for performance ads, SEO, and CRM initiatives.


4. Sales & Reporting


Prepare monthly sales forecasts, monitor revenue targets, and manage digital P&L.


Track ROI for paid campaigns and optimize spend allocation across channels.


Provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership.


5. Cross-Functional Collaboration


Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for campaign execution and pricing strategies.


Coordinate with design and content teams for banners, product images, and creative requirements.


Key Skills & Competencies


Strong understanding of E-commerce operations, Q-commerce dynamics, and digital marketing.


Proficiency in analytics and dashboard tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, etc.).


Negotiation and relationship management with platform partners.


Data-driven mindset and ability to translate insights into action.


Excellent communication and coordination skills.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.


3–6 years of experience in E-commerce / Q-commerce / D2C management (FMCG or F&B sector preferred).


Proven track record of scaling online sales and managing platform relationships.
