Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee our e-commerce business across multiple platforms and D2C channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, driving online sales, improving customer experience, and implementing process automation to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Management

  • Manage operations across major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with platform representatives to secure better visibility and promotional opportunities.
  • Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for growth.

D2C Channel Management

  • Oversee Alpino’s own website operations, ensuring timely order processing and excellent user experience.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and quarterly sale events to boost revenue.
  • Coordinate with marketing for digital campaigns and brand visibility across D2C channels.

Customer Experience & Support

  • Drive improvements in customer satisfaction by implementing automation and AI-based solutions in support systems.
  • Work closely with the support team to resolve escalations and improve service levels.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure accurate inventory management and timely fulfillment of orders across all sales channels.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, operational metrics, and campaign effectiveness.

Strategy & Innovation

  • Identify emerging e-commerce trends and leverage them for competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute new projects and automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 4+ years in e-commerce operations or marketplace management, preferably in FMCG or D2C brands.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, operations, and marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce dashboards.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AI-based automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and performance analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
