Daily orders process karna.
Order picking, packing aur dispatch team ke saath coordination.
Packaging quality check karna and timely shipment ensure karna.
Inventory update karna on excel.
Stock mismatch check karna and daily reconciliation maintain karna.
Fast-selling products ka weekly stock planning.
Returns (RTO/RTV) ko track & manage karna.
ecommerce manager ke sath product Listing, upload, pricing update & catalog corrections.
Marketplace panel me issues solve karna .
Courier partners ke saath shipment, delays & issues resolve karna.
Daily tracking sheet maintain karna (delivered, in-transit, returns).
Basic Excel reports: VLOOKUP, Pivot, Filters (preferred).
Performance issues identify karna & improvement suggest karna.
Minimum 2 years e-commerce operations experience.
Strong coordination & multitasking skills.
Basic Excel, good communication & problem-solving skills.
Fast-paced environment me kaam karne ki ability.
