Role Summary:

E-Commerce Manager and System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Management:

  • Manage daily operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Myntra, Amazon Global, Flipkart ec).
  • Oversee product listing, pricing, content, and promotions across all online marketplaces and D2C websites.
  • Monitor inventory levels as well as FBA/FBF and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure stock availability.
  • Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and sales data to improve performance and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing.
  • Handle order processing, returns, customer service coordination, and after-sales follow-up.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners and ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

System Administration:

  • Manage internal systems like ERP, POS, cloud storage, email servers, and IT infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support to staff for hardware/software/network issues.
  • Set up and maintain user access, data backups, and system security protocols.
  • Ensure regular maintenance and updates of company systems.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT-related support and procurement.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations and/or system administration.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub).
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Knowledge of basic networking, data backup, and system security.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the

    fashion or lifestyle

    industry.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor website updates.
