Job Title: E-commerce Manager (Shopify & Performance Marketing)

Location: Malviya Nagar, Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 2+ years in E-commerce & Performance Marketing

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced E-commerce Manager to lead the daily operations of our Shopify store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store, inventory, logistics, and driving online sales through strategic performance marketing campaigns. This is a key role that directly impacts revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Store Management:

  • Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront including product listings, banners, collections, and checkout process.
  • Ensure website functionality, user experience, and SEO optimization.

Inventory & Stock Management:

  • Track stock levels, reorder inventory, and coordinate with vendors and warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate inventory data and manage out-of-stock scenarios proactively.

Order Fulfillment & Delivery:

  • Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders.
  • Resolve logistics issues and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience.

Performance Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) and continuously improve ad performance.
  • Work with creative teams to develop ad creatives and landing pages.

Sales & Conversion Optimization:

  • Monitor store analytics and identify growth opportunities.
  • A/B test creatives, offers, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Plan and execute online promotions and festive campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Shopify or other major e-commerce platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and sales funnels.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Shopify analytics).
  • Excellent knowledge of stock management and logistics coordination.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with tools like Klaviyo, Hotjar, or other CRO/retention platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) is a bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift
  • Morning shift

Experience:

  • E-Commerce: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Performance marketing: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
