About the Role

DERMATRICO SKIN AND HAIR CLINIC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing professional to strengthen its digital presence and brand positioning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online campaigns that enhance visibility, engage target audiences, and deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with clinic’s vision and goals.

- Manage SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and content campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

- Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels for better performance.

- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.

- Collaborate with the admissions, academic, and creative teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all digital channels.

- Stay updated on latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

- Manage budgets, track ROI, and ensure cost-effective campaigns.

- Grow online presence for DermaTrico across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and education-focused platforms.

Key Requirements

- MBA in Marketing

- 3–4 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.

- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media platforms, and analytics tools.

- Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and email campaigns.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data-driven insights.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Education, EdTech, or Service-based marketing.

- Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint.

- Familiarity with content creation, video marketing, or influencer collaborations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
