Job Description

Ecommerce Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and Executing E-commerce Strategies:This includes defining the overall online sales approach, setting sales goals, and developing plans to achieve them.
  • Managing Online Store Operations:This involves overseeing website design, functionality, and user experience, as well as ensuring seamless store operations.
  • Managing Digital Marketing Campaigns:Developing and implementing online marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns, to drive traffic and sales.
  • Analyzing Sales Data and Identifying Trends:Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement in the customer journey and conversion rates.
  • Optimizing Sales Funnels and Conversion Rates:Identifying and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency of the sales funnel and increase the percentage of website visitors who make a purchase.
  • Improving Customer Experience:Focusing on enhancing the online shopping experience, including website usability, product presentation, and customer service.
  • Working with Cross-Functional Teams:Collaborating with marketing, IT, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless online store operations.
  • Staying Updated on Industry Trends:Keeping up-to-date on the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to stay competitive.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills: The ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Digital marketing knowledge: Understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Problem-solving skills: The ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise in the online store or sales process.
  • Project management skills: The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
