The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and scaling online sales across marketplaces like Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Myntra & AJIO. The role includes product listing, pricing, inventory management, performance optimization, returns reduction, and overall growth strategy. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Marketplace ManagementManage seller accounts on Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio. Ensure all listings (titles, keywords, images, attributes) are correct & optimized. Handle daily orders, cancellations, returns, and claim filing. 2. Product Listing & CatalogingCreate SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and features. Upload images, videos, size charts and ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines. Update pricing, offers, discounts, and stock availability. 3. Inventory & Stock PlanningMaintain accurate stock in ERP/Sheets. Avoid OOS (Out-Of-Stock) and overselling. Coordinate with warehouse/production for replenishment. 4. Advertising & GrowthManage PPC ads (Flipkart Ads, Amazon Ads). Monitor ACOS, CPR, ROAS, and improve campaign performance. Plan promotions: Big Billion Days, Great Indian Sale, Payday Sale, etc. 5. Performance MonitoringTrack daily sales, returns, product ranking, and reviews. Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards. Identify winning products & scale them. 6. Order Processing & OperationsOversee order packing, invoicing, and courier handover. Reduce return ratio by improving size accuracy and communication. Coordinate with logistics partners for delays or issues. 7. Customer HandlingRespond to customer queries through Amazon/Flipkart chats. Improve customer satisfaction and rating. Manage negative reviews and raise removal requests. 8. Claim Filing & ReconciliationFile claims for courier returns, lost shipments, wrong charges. Maintain settlement reports and reconcile them weekly. Coordinate with finance team for payouts and commission checks. 9. Competition & Trend AnalysisMonitor competitors’ pricing, discounting, and new launches. Suggest new products based on market trends. Support in planning new collections based on demand. 10. Internal Coordination Provide daily reporting to management for sales and stock. Work closely with production, warehouse, marketing, and photography teams. Skills Required Good in Excel & Google Sheets (Vlookup, Pivot, Dashboard). Strong knowledge of Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Myntra panel. Ability to analyze sales data & improve performance. Experience in apparel/fashion category preferred. Strong communication & problem-solving skills. Experience Required 1–4 years in e-commerce marketplace management. Experience in fashion/apparel category is an added advantage.
