About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical and entrepreneurial E-commerce Manager to take complete ownership of our multi-channel online sales operation. This is a foundational role with a direct path to leadership. You will be responsible for managing and scaling our dominant presence on Amazon, launching and growing our Flipkart channel, driving sales through our D2C Shopify store, and expanding our footprint in Quick Commerce (Blinkit). The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator, obsessed with data, thinks like an owner, and is excited by the challenge of building a category-defining brand's commercial engine. Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Management & Growth: Take full ownership of our P&L on Amazon, managing everything from listing optimization and A+ content to advertising and account health. Lead the strategic launch and scaling of our presence on Flipkart, establishing Heatronics as a key player on the platform. Drive revenue and conversion on our Shopify D2C website, working with the brand team to create a world-class customer experience. Manage and grow our Quick Commerce channel (Blinkit), ensuring product availability and optimizing for on-demand sales. Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory management across all channels, ensuring healthy stock levels to support sales velocity and advertising campaigns. Proactively manage account health, customer feedback, and product reviews to maintain a stellar brand reputation. Work with our operations team to ensure a seamless supply of goods to all channel partners and warehouses. Constantly identify and execute on opportunities for new channel addition and expansion. Performance Marketing & Analytics: Collaborate with the brand team and founders to develop and execute profitable PPC and advertising strategies across all marketplaces. Track and analyze key e-commerce KPIs (Sales, Conversion Rate, ACOS, ROAS, Account Health) and provide actionable reports and insights to leadership. What We're Looking For (Qualifications) Experience: 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of scaling sales for a D2C brand. Marketplace Mastery: Deep, demonstrable expertise in managing Amazon Seller Central is mandatory. Experience launching and scaling a brand on Flipkart is a strong plus. D2C & Quick Commerce: Proven experience managing a Shopify store and working with Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit. Operational Mindset: You are an operator at heart. You understand the deep connection between inventory, advertising, account health, and sales. Data-Driven: You are deeply analytical and comfortable using data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
